How does the product ship?
Via USPS Priority Mail in discreet, unbranded packaging. The sender shows as Merge Media LLC. Takes 2 to 5 business days within the USA. More details in our shipping policy.
Will USPS deliver it normally?
Yes. USPS is the official carrier for hemp products under the Farm Bill. There's no special procedure — it arrives like any other package. See shipping policy.
What if police stop me with the product?
Every package includes a copy of the COA with potency results. This proves the product complies with federal regulation. Even so, we recommend consuming privately and verifying your state's laws.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 5 business days via USPS Priority. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST ship the same day. Full details in the shipping policy.
What if I don't like the product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it. If you broke the seal we can't accept the return for health regulation reasons. See refund policy.
How do I know the product is real?
Every strain has its COA visible at the bottom of the product page, with potency results signed by an independent lab (Pinnacle Analytics, Oregon).
Do you accept crypto or cash?
For now we only process electronic payments through our specialized processor. We'll be enabling more options soon.
